On today’s show, a short documentary feature about Reconciliation in Powell River. It’s about how Powell Riverites and First Nations are connecting following the Truth and Reconciliation’s recommendations. Then a tour of the Lois Lake salmon hatchery, where we had a chance to see the base of operations that house more than a million fish that end up on many menus in Powell River and the region. After that we get an update from Juhli Jobi on the farmers market and how the new urban agriculture bylaw might affect those farmers.
